We are Ann and Terry Porter and we have been running several holiday villas in Cape Coral for a number of years. We have now semi-retired from our business, but we continue to offer our own private villa, Aaron, together with our adjacent villa, Barcelona, just next door, for holidays.

These two villas have always been the most popular with our clients, many of whom visit regularly every year to enjoy the extensively equipped facillities that they provide, particularly the relaxing, private swimming pools with their superb views over the waterways that the villas back on to.

Both villas have immediate access to the waterways and the Gulf beyond. You can enjoy fishing from the docks, or leisurely explore and tour the surroundings on the bicycles which are provided in the villa garages for use during your stay. The climate is superb all year round and the villas make a perfect base for those staying for long winter breaks.
